Avg size about 2.5 lbs

Cooking Instructions:
Remove contents from package. Cover Corned Beef with water, bring to a boil, pour contents of spice packet into boiling water if desired. Cover pot and simmer 2.5 to 3 hours or until fork tender. Slice across the grain to the desired thickness. Serve hot or cold.
