    Uncle Ed's is a combination of Retail Meats, Catering, and Event Planning and Management .

     If you are looking to feed some friends or your family you are at the right place. Any of our Choice Angus Steaks are sure to please. Try one of our 40 different flavors of Brats and Sausages like our Philly Cheese Steak Brat or our Taco Brat just to name a couple. For the chicken fan try any of our 13 different flavors of Marinaded Chicken Breast (Greek marinaded is our favorite).

    We are also  Full Service Catering Specialists and can feed up to 4000 people. Your event can be very elegant with Prime Rib or very casual with Pork Loin Sandwiches it's entirely up to you. If you have a small group or just want to save some money we can have any of our foods hot and ready to go for pick up just let us know.
