The difference between Uncle Ed's and other specialty meat and retail stores are that Uncle Ed's produces the majority of our products all at our east side location.

     Our Brats and Sausages are made with all meat and no fillers, all of our pre-cooked meat is done with charcoal and apple wood and no added propane or gas, marinaded chicken breast that are tender juicy and flavorful all the way through and those are just a few examples.
